Zyne jumps through the portal and gathers 50 water with the font bucket, yawning.
I'm too tired for this shit...

I guess I better be safe than sorry...
She then turns to leave.

She hops into the area and throws a barrage of [Starfire] at a bison before it even has a chance to react.

Komali steps in and blinks her surprise.... without another word she gathers 45 Dark Leather

She smiles and gathers 48 dark leather from her kill.

Komali shuffles a little, sniffing at the Bison before licking at the salt she was hiding in her pocket. 
"Ok... that is everything."

She flinches a little.
"...yes...? It is yummy."

She walks closer and closer.
"Hmmm, something seems strange about you..."

Komali backs up through the water, stumbling a bit as she keeps her back to Tsuzu and starts working her way back to the portal. 
"N-no, I'm fine."

She jumps over her and stares at her belly. "What is this?! Impossible, you can not be!"

Now extremely anxious she backs up in the water, trying to keep her tools, backpack, and pregnant belly in balance while wading in the water but her body is incredibly sore and she's having trouble keeping her footing. 
"S-stay back!"

"Komali please, I mean you no harm." She walks closer and closer to her. "But how is this even possible? I saw you the other day!"

She trips walking backwards and lands on her butt in the shallows, with a yelp, followed by pained groans from her achy body. Wet, scared, and muddy she starts to cry.

"Komali!" She runs over to her and offers her a paw. "Please trust me, I mean you no harm."

The cat's fur puffed out in every direction and her ears were pressed to her head tightly as she backs up on her hands and knees, getting to her feet with a whimper before moving more towards the portal.

"So...you really do not trust me..." She lets her walk away, still concerned for her.

Komali doesn't even care that running hurts by this point and she races through the portal and back to camp.

Lionel steps through and waits for Travis.

Travis walks on through, giving a passing nod to lionel.

"I promise this'll be quick, just cover me in case something happens."

Travis soon finds some Gitanja Vitae and gathers it

"This... should be enough for now i think."

Ruby flies through the gate, remembering this time that it's wet over here.

"Sol should be here any minute now..."

Sol walks through and into the water.

"Gah!"

Ruby chuckles, helping him out of the water and onto a dry space.  

"Sorry, I forgot to mention that..."

She sits beside him, casting out her line.

He shakes off a bit of the water from his fur.

"Hm... Not pleasant to say the least. Lots of death, destruction and killing. We as people nearly ended our own existence and despite that the wealthy still lived comfortably while the rest of the world fell into decay."

Ruby cringes slightly, pulling in the fish and setting it aside.

"I'm sorry to hear that."  She sighs. "People can be selfish and greedy... I was shot at my friend's party by her drunk and jealous ex."  She shivers, placing her hand beneath the nuumite pendant. "I guess, he thought if he couldn't have her, nobody could.  Though, if I had to choose between her or me, I'm glad I took the bullet instead..."

She shakes her head, trying to hide her eyes.  She casts again, perhaps a little stronger than she necessarily had to.

"Sounds like you had a lot rougher way out than I did... I ended up going up in a bang, kind of where the name Sol comes from. Dont know if it was worth while or not..."

Ruby hiccups slightly, unhooking the little fish and letting it go.  She forces her tears away.

"I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time... But somebody had to take a bullet that night, I guess.  I hope they're all okay..."

She glances up at him after casting her line again.

"What do you mean, 'Up with a bang?'  I don't think I quite understand."

Well maybe that was poor phrasing but it just about covers my death. I died in an explosion, trying to buy time for the rest of the crew with me after an operation went really badly... I dont know if they made it out... I question if maybe splitting up may have even made their deaths worse... Ill never know...

Ruby sets the fish side, preparing to cast again.

"I'd say you had the worse way out.  Not knowing like that -" she shakes her head,"I don't think I could have done something like that.  Not that way."

She casts again, sitting in silence, unsure what to talk about.

It wasnt so bad... the doubt is painful but the death itself was really quick. I was there one moment and enveloped in white the next... Sol was a name I actually gave myself just floating in white.
