Soulbound Arena

As you pass through the long hallway and through a grandiose archway gilded with floral decorations and platinum chains curling along the columns, you enter into a massive, glimmering, and bright stadium who has a stage in the middle suspended into the air. The outer edges of the stadium have various rows of seats to allow people to sit and watch the spectacles on display – each seat made out of a dark, crystalline material akin to onyx. The rings of seats have little stands, similar to a parking meter, on each of the 4 cardinal directions of the stage. The stands have several buttons and a large pad for placing one’s paws on – perhaps for registering for events.  The center of the area stands a detached and slightly raised circular platform that dangerously hangs open to the massive pit surround it on all sides. This platform appears to change shape and create settings as needed over the course of arena events. The ceiling of this stadium is made into a large, pointed, hexagonal shape, from which a jumbotron screen hangs and shows to all sides.
Welcome to the Soulbound Arena, where you can compete and participate in battles amongst your rivals and against the strongest of Upsets. To participate in any activities, an Arena Pass must be purchased for each participant for any mode of play.

Duels or Team vs Team

PvP Rules are as follows:
- HP is scaled up to 100x + (Mlvl x 2000)  (Shields and tomes scale up to 30x, BP usage also scales 20x)
- Turrets scale up to x30 and gain x20 attack.
- Healing is scaled x20, Lifesteal is scaled x5.
- Shield Regen is disabled.
- Gain Evasion x 10.
- The use of non-battle items is prohibited
- Gems are disabled in all formats
- The following abilities are disabled or modified in PVP:
Disabled
Brahmastra
Stella
Aeternalis
Solvnis Victo
Nostrus Ire
Mirronmark
Countering Structure
Apprehend
Initiative
[Overclock]

Modified
All status moves are capped at Lvl 4 (after resistances). This is to prevent status locking from High GUL or COM characters.
Statuses that normally don't have a recovery time are set to 2 turns maximum.



- Treat 1v1 battles as both characters in leader position
- All characters gain Lvl 3 Stagger Resistance (Must be hit by a weakness 3 times to stagger, or trigger stagger effects 3 times)
- Fury is reset for PVP (this does not affect your actual Fury Counter)
- Forma does not recover HP in PvP
- Apply critical damage after defense (Add all instances of Max or Base damage, subtract from defense, then apply critical multipliers).
- In order to defeat an opponent, Roll for Attack vs another Roll of attack, using balance modifiers based on the difference of VIT between the target and you. If the target has more VIT than you, increase their roll by +1 for every 10 over (to a maximum of 5). You successfully finish an enemy if you roll higher than them and strike them down with the finishing flag.
- Purposely throwing matches for BC (boosting) is illegal and will result in Lvl 5 Graveshock (600 IMG) and will bar you from further PvP matches.

Modes


Duel
- One versus one only
- First one to finish the other with the finishing flag is the winner.
- The winner gains 10 Battle Credit (BC), the loser gets 5 BC
- Any player, at any time, may roll the arena mystery box on their turn in addition to their move, but they may only do this once every three turns.
- Arena Mystery box:
1. Become Stunned Next round
2. Alacrity, 30%, +2 AS, 3 turns
3. Double All Damage, 3 Turns
4. Barrier, equal to (Mlvl x 2000), 3 turns
5. Stun your opponent and deal 10% max HP as true damage.
6. Auto-charge Fury to 100%

Free For All
- At least three players
- All players may choose to attack any other, if they can.
- All players get +3 BC for each other player they defeat
- 1st Place: 15 BC, 2nd Place: 5 BC, 3rd Place or lower: 3 BC
- Attacks that would hit all enemies would hit all other players.
- Any player, at any time, may roll the arena mystery box on their turn in addition to their move, but they may only do this once every three turns..
- Arena Mystery box:
1. Become Poisoned, 3 turns
2. [Alacrity], 30% Damage Bonus, +2 AS, 3 turns
3. Double All Damage, 3 Turns
4. Barrier, equal to (Mlvl x 2000), 3 turns
5. Stun all other opponents and deal 10% max HP as true damage.
6. Auto-charge Fury to 100%

Team Deathmatch
- At least 4 players
- All players must choose an opponent on the opposite team.
- +5 BP for each player someone defeats.
- The winning Team all gets +7 BC. If there are 6 players, change this to +10 BC. The losing team gets +5 BC.
- Attacks that would hit all enemies would hit all on the enemy team.
- Arena Mystery box:
1. Everyone loses 10% HP and 10% MP
2. Haste: Priority + 1, AS + 1 for all party members, 4 turns.
3. Double All Damage for all party members, 3 Turns
4. Barrier, equal to (Mlvl x 2000) for all party members, 3 turns
5. Stun all opponents.
6. Your team becomes stunned

Leader: If you deal a max damage hit, increase the balance of your follower's attacks by +1 for that round.
Follower: If you land a max damage hit, increase the balance and critical rate of your leader's attacks by 1.
<MODUS>:
Leader: Tech Damage +10%
Regen 10% for 5 turns from start of battle.
Pack Mentality:
As long as you are leader, increase all damage done by followers by 10%.

Averia chuckles while she glows a slight shade of red, eventually fading as she converts her HP into MP. Her tome flies forward and covers her from the two tonics, though the turret shoots through it and gets her. She then prepares her [Mana Shield] before smiling and casting [Shine], destroying the Turret while also getting Hotaru, regaining a little bit of her own HP.

Duel
- One versus one only
- First one to finish the other with the finishing flag is the winner.
- The winner gains 5 Battle Credit (BC), the loser gets 3 BC
- Any player, at any time, may roll the arena mystery box on their turn instead of attacking. If they do, they may not do so again until the third turn after using it.
- Arena Mystery box: 
1. Regen 10% (Regen 10% HP per turn), 3 turns
2. Alacrity, 30%, +2 AS, 3 turns
3. Double All Damage, 3 Turns
4. Barrier, equal to (Mlvl x 20), 3 turns
5. Stun your opponent and deal 10% max HP as true damage.
6. Auto-charge Fury to 100%
