2-2 - Forest Lottery

You take a step in, the air smelling thickly of stale air, and the sight of a dilapidated casino forming in the rusted machines, broken lights, and crumbling structure. The walls are torn and crackled, piece of the ceiling falling from time to time. There are large enough holes in each of the floors to allow an almost angelic light to stream through. The roulette tables seem to be fountains, clean water spilling from the tops and filling the wheels while cards with an angelic joke float in the air all around, not seeming to be affected by anything around them. You feel as if you walked into one, it would pass straight through due to their almost translucent appearance. As you walk farther and up the many flights of broken elevators, you find yourself in rooms where the outside has taken over, trees, vines, and plants seeping into the building through the cracks and crevices in the walls, almost like a spreading plague. At the main floor, near the back, an apparent earthquake has ruptured the earth around the building, crackling and breaking into a large canyon with a crude stair way. Deep within, a number of valuable materials can be found, ranging from gold to silver. As well, you see small gold coins occasionally falling out of some the slot machines, at the bottom of the roulette fountains, silver coins. The bar in the back seems to have bottles upon bottles of Oil, seemingly at least. You cannot hear the screeches of the Upset here though, creating a rather relaxing feeling throughout the entire area.

Averia steps through the portal, breathing in the air and coughing a bit, the particles of the walls and broken down pieces of the casino filling her lungs, finally looks around and realizing it is everything she's ever feared of happening to her kingdom...

She jumps in through the portal forgetting how to land after not heading through one for so long and notices the ruins.
