0 - 0 - Alpha Cavern

My mind is kinda...dark. I don't know happened -- how long have we spent in this world? Is it an eternity or nothing at all?

I don't really know.

I wake up and see that I'm in a very large cavernous area. The place is lit in very few places, via cracks in the walls. There is also several pools of water in each cavern space, with small islands bridging the gaps.

I need to find someone so I can get an idea of where we're at...and maybe get something to bring back.

I guess the only thing we can do is look for one.

I take Routier by the hand and start making my way across the islands in this strange cavern...I don't remember ever making an area like this, but it just distressed me for some reason. After a couple minutes, I notice that there's a couple veins of crystals in the opposite end of the cavern. I let go of her hand and make my way over to it.

H-hey! Crystals! I've been needing some of these! Apparently, some of the enchanting powder we need for some of the trinkets need these crystals. I guess we should get started on gathering some of this stuff while we're on our way back?

I take a metal pickaxe from my pack and start chipping away at the crystal cluster, and gather 3 chunks before tiring out.
