Battle Practice

Wow that thing is huge!

It might take a while to defeat this thing and it doesn't seem like it'll harm me at all, might as well use it as a punching bag. Luckily there's a practice lance sitting on the ground near it.

Sandalphon hardly does anything battle related. Thus, deciding to meander about and stare at the last Ghastball, wondering if he should attack it as it merely floats there more or less glaring at everything else with it's massive size..

Sandalphon narrows his eyes a moment, and states a single word, causing the space about the Ghastball to erupt within flame..

Stares a moment as the fox girl shows up and immediately attacks the Ghastball.

"Well. Hello! I'm...new here. Sorry if I haven't seen you around too often. I...kind of hide in the shrine a bit."

He'd then rub his ear embarrassed someone caught him doing this. Not only that, but showed up and joined.

"S...Sandalphon. Just call me Sandy. It's easier that way. Here, I take it you're getting some practice in too? That's pretty swell! I'm.. just seeing what I can do myself. It's looking like my magic is... finally becoming worth something here again!"

He'd say that, then look at the Ghastball, and immediately thinks of lightning.....

The lion suddenly takes note the Ghastball tried to attack twice and..missed.

"Wow. That's..a rather useful talent. I didn't know you could use music like that...."

Of course he'd pause speaking at her words, take a lock of hair from his hair mane and twirl it around his finger. That's the second time someone has commented on his name, and he's still not used to hearing it.

"It's....a divine name...... so I guess.. it... would be... t... thank you."

While saying that, he takes a moment to use his default ability and a bright white beam of light seems to appear from his hand, striking the Ghastball and apparently healing him in the process

First time he has to say while here he's seen someone use music to inflict damage.

As he speaks he tries rubbing her head, as they're both apparently the same height.

"I'm.... actually supposed to be an...angel and all. But..it doesn't really...feel like it right now."

Strangely enough, he's rather talkative when it's only a single person around him, rather than a crowd.

"I'm trying to be better at it. Really. It's just...a little difficult."

She blushes a bit and wags her tail "T-thanks! I'm trying my best as well. But everyone here has been real kind to me."

Claps his hands together and nods

"A lot of people here are pretty nice! I don't know everyone yet though...I'm.. still a little new here.  Maybe we can meet them all together...?"

Perhaps it was an unusual species habit, but he can't just stop staring at her tail while it's wagging...
